Should We Have a US CTO?

At first blush, the idea of a Chief Technology Officer for the US of A strikes me as a good idea. After all, the Internet we know and love was originally a DARPA project. But Mark ‘Rizzn’ Hopkins makes a good case for keeping government mouthpieces ignorant of tech speak. Read his article, “Do We Really Need a National CTO?,” and let me know what you think.
