Yahoo!’s People Search says there are at least 200 more Lester Smiths out there. I’d like to meet them all. In fact, I’d like to start a club! (Hence this page.)

My dream is to someday have a Lester Smith convention attended entirely by people with that name. Think of it: A hotel full of men with name tags that all read, “Hello, my name is . . . Lester Smith.”

Seriously, however, in “vanity searching” Google, I came across mention of a Lester Smith Charitable Foundation, founded by a longtime Houston businessperson. I’m still looking for contact information, but for now, here’s a sample news story.
