Daughter Candace has been visiting from Belgium. Last night she made a vegetable stew perfect for autumn, with potatoes, carrots, leeks, kale, onion, and I don’t know what else. So good I’m having it again for lunch. Wish you could smell it.
I added a dollop of soy “Sour Supreme” in this photo for visual contrast, and it tastes good that way! The Monster Con beverage holder contains coffee. Here’s to a warm afternoon.
