There was an age in which I couldn’t buy palatable vegan cheese even at the grocery store. Today I got these delicious plant-based cheese puffs on Amtrak, along with an Impossible Burger. 😀

I think Impossible Burgers are tastier than all but the best real meat burgers I’ve ever had.
There’s a vegan restaurant locally that is expensive, but has a vegan Impossible Meat cheese steak that’s the best thing I’ve ever eaten, period.
